Office of Government Relations
The Office of Government Relations serves as a liaison between the University and all levels of government. The unit is organized into the areas of Federal Relations, State Relations, and Community Relations.
In addition, the Office of Government Relations works as a team in coordination with University colleagues who monitor specific areas of health sciences (state and federal), agriculture (state and federal), technology partnership, alumni advocacy, and the Ohio Supercomputer Center.
This team represents the University by building and maintaining relationships at the federal, state and local levels, and works to provide information and assistance to these entities when needed. All monitor legislation that impacts the University and higher education.
