Research and Technology

The Office for Technology Licensing (OTL) at The Ohio State University pursues, protects, packages and licenses to industry the intellectual property developed at Ohio State and serves faculty, staff and students in all aspects of intellectual property.  The OTL also works to catalyze and pursue broad scale industry/University collaborations that typically span colleges, centers or other units.  In addition, OTL serves as a primary point of contact for parties seeking assistance to access technology resources both internal and external to the University and works to enhance the entrepreneurial and technology commercialization environment at the University, in Columbus and within Ohio.
